access kurukshetra university wifi

for using kurukshetra university WiFi network, we have to assign the proxy address:
there are two proxy address given by university i.e " 10.0.0.3 & 10.0.0.220" and port number is "3128"
Youtube website will not be available on proxy "10.0.0.3" you have to use proxy address "10.0.0.220" for Youtube website.
